Contacts guarantees that the materials and workmanship in every product we sell will stand up to the use for which it was designed. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, water damage, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time. All defective products should be returned to us for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Damages due to installation errors, accident or improper care are not covered under our warranty. Any item containing glass will not be covered under warranty if the glass is cracked or chipped.

    The 180-day Warranty period begins from the date on which the item was purchased. Warranty claims must be submitted through our RMA Request system. Return shipping for defective parts will be provided free of charge by a USPS pre-paid shipping label. Replacement parts cannot be shipped until the warranty item is received and tested to confirm the defect.
